The Programme
Our U.S. employer partners have already been through the recruitment and approval stage, so candidates step into a process that’s already moving. Each employer has completed the required labor certification and holds approval to recruit from overseas, which means the recruitment and Department of Labor stage is already behind you.
From there, the employer files Form I-140 with USCIS on the worker’s behalf, securing their place in the queue, and once a visa number becomes available, the worker and any included family complete the final application, either through a U.S. consulate abroad or an adjustment of status if already lawfully in the country.

Order pickers, forklift operators, loaders, and general warehouse staff supporting distribution and fulfillment centers.

Hotel housekeeping and cleaning staff.

Who Is Responsible For What
This route has no investment capital behind it, but the process still carries fees along the way, and responsibility for them is split by law between employer and worker.
PERM recruitment and advertising, the Form I-140 filing fee, and the attorney fees for both stages. (This is a legal requirement, not a courtesy.)
The final green card application fee, the medical examination, biometrics, and attorney fees for that last stage of the case.
Eligibility for EB-3 “Other Workers”
There’s no nationality restriction and no minimum investment. Eligibility turns almost entirely on the job offer itself.
A qualifying job offer: Full-time and permanent, in a role genuinely needing less than 2 years of training or experience.
Employer sponsorship: The employer must show, through PERM recruitment, that no qualified U.S. worker is available for the role.
Clean record & admissibility: A clean record and admissibility to the United States for the applicant and any included family members.
A medical examination: A straightforward physical examination by an approved civil surgeon or panel physician.
No qualifications needed beyond the job itself: No formal degree, trade certificate, or prior U.S. experience is required for this category.
